An education consultancy firm seeks a candidate for student recruitment to grow partnerships with universities in Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, monitoring sales targets, and delivering training. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 2 years’ experience in education or product management, and strong interpersonal skills.

Assist in negotiation with partner institutions for agency agreement, marketing budget and incentives.
Develop good relationships with stakeholders.
Monitoring sales target for Australia and New Zealand portfolios from all ER branches.
Update and maintain Genius Hub (product) information.
Devising marketing and sales strategy for recruitment, including events and promotions.
Deliver training and Product Knowledge to counselors, admissions, and managers.
Controlling and monitoring social media content (in collaboration with ER Creative team).
Public speaker for Australia and New Zealand promotional events.
Minimum bachelor degree with experience of 2 years (Education or Product Management)
Overseas graduates will be preferred.
Familiar with Overseas Education System particularly Australia and New Zealand.
Computer (Windows, MS Office etc) and Internet literate.
Strong leadership skill and outgoing personality, able to interact with people well and easily.
Detailed and able to learn well and fast.
