Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager to lead placement initiatives within the Finance industry, driving product development and roadmap aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and monitor product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner / Business Analyst or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and requirement analysis.
• Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in financial services, banking, fintech, or other technology-driven industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and product/project management tools is preferred.
