Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited di Jakarta Barat sedang mencari seorang Product Manager berpengalaman untuk memimpin visi produk di sektor perbankan dan fintech, bekerja sama dengan tim teknik untuk merancang solusi berbasis API. Kandidat harus memiliki gelar sarjana terkait dan minimal 4 tahun pengalaman, dengan kemampuan analitis yang kuat, komunikasi efektif, dan pengalaman Agile/Scrum.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan mengelola banyak prioritas dalam lingkungan yang dinamis serta pemahaman mendalam

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related product role.
• Experience in banking or fintech industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, including REST APIs, API integration, system integration, and data flow.
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital banking, payment, lending, financial services, or fintech products is an advantage.
