About the role

As a Product Manager at PT Era Mitra Perdana, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and development of our innovative medical devices and industrial microbiology products. This full-time position is based in East of Jakarta, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to inform product design, features, and positioning
• Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IVD and Quality Control on Microbiology Lab. Industry
• Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes in the healthcare industry
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the dynamic market environment
