Job summary

Qoala is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. You will design, build and roll-out products that align with the company’s vision and strategy, working with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling solutions for B2B and B2C customers.

You will translate strategy into requirements, manage the full product lifecycle, and lead launches with PR, executives and the PM team, while analyzing market trends to grow market share and improve customer experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities; CS/Engineering/Business background is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Associate Product Manager or similar handling B2B and B2C products.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of product management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior and marketing techniques.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Analyze market trends to maintain and grow the competitiveness of our products
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
