Job description

Responsibilities

1. Product Vision and Roadmap: Define vision and strategy for Caring Center development considering insights, analysis, and users feedback.
2. Incident Response & Management: Lead incident handling, prioritize resolutions within SLAs, and conduct post-incident reviews.
3. User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand users' needs for future development and gather feedback for existing product improvements.
4. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to launch, post-launch analysis, and prioritization of potential iterations.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor Caring Center system performance using key metrics and data analysis, and use this information to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
6. Technology & Tools Enhancement: Evaluate and recommend tools to optimize command center functions and performance monitoring.
7. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to security protocols, regulatory policies, and organizational data protection standards.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT teams, senior management, and external partners to enhance service continuity and effectiveness.
9. Industry & Best Practices Awareness: Stay updated on trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in operations.
