Job description

Collaborate with senior management to define, build, and maintain the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to drive product features and improvements (product analysis).

Lead the product team, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to meet product milestones and KPIs.

Ensure timely delivery of product releases, managing the development lifecycle from conception to launch, while mitigating risks and resolving roadblocks.

Track product performance post-launch, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize the product.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in product management, with a deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the finance industry or capital markets is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
