Job Title: Product Management Executive
Direct Manager: Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management Functions
Maintain, update, and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, webpages, and other promotional materials to ensure alignment with current product offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product positioning, differentiation strategies, and key selling points.
Manage and update product price lists to ensure accurate model code, item code, and description.
Collaborate with engineers to refine product specifications, ensure standardization, and enhance product features.
Develop Customer Requirement Documents (CRD) and actively participate in the New Product Development (NPD) process to align products with market needs.
Organize and deliver webinars, seminars, andworkshops, and create training materials to enhance product knowledge for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Review internal project documents to ensure compliance with technical requirements and customer expectations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure product relevance and compliance.
Commercial Support Functions
Provide sales support by assisting in the preparation of tenders, reviewing User RequirementSpecifications (URS), and facilitating client meetings.
Actively participate in product exhibitions, ensuring proper preparation and coordination with Esco offices and stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring smooth project execution.
Conduct client visits to gain insights into their processes and requirements, translating them into actionable product and service improvements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science/Technology/Microbiology).
Licensed Pharmacist (Apothecary) preferred.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical technologies, regulatory guidelines, and product management.
Proficiency in market analysis, product positioning, and competitive benchmarking.
Ability to review and develop technical documents (URS, CRD, project specifications).
Graphic design competency for presentations is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written).
Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to present technical concepts effectively to internal teams and clients.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in teams
