Role Purpose

The Product Management & Design Specialist is responsible for driving the continued OnlinePajak’s product development. This hybrid role combines product strategy and hands-on design ideal for someone who can shape product direction, craft intuitive user experiences, and work closely with engineering and business teams.

You’ll own the execution of existing PRDs, ensure design excellence, and guide products from idea to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences using Figma
• Develop and manage design systems and conduct user research and testing
• Define product requirements and user stories based on feedback and market insights
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using frameworks like RICE
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on vision and deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze user data and product metrics to guide decisions and improvements
• Present product strategies and design concepts to stakeholders
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in graduate
• Design: 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio; expert in Figma, responsive and accessible design, and user-centered processes
• Product Management: 1 + years of PM or cross-functional product work; skilled in analytics tools, agile methods, roadmapping, and A/B testing
• Technical: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, familiar with dev workflows and version control (Git is a plus)
• Soft Skills: Creative, and know how to apply information architecture in works
• Experience with Vibe coding or AI-based prototyping is considered a plus
