Product Management (Business Analyst) Sr. Supervisor

Product Management - Business Analyst To-Do:

1. Gather requirements from users, customers, and internal stakeholders.
2. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
3. Create requirement documents: business requirements, user stories, and flowcharts.
4. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
5. Support decision-making based on insights from data.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in creating business documentation such as:
   • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
   • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
   • Use cases, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
2. Skilled in data analysis tools:
   • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
   • SQL (preferred)
   • BI tools: Tableau, Power BI (mandatory)
3. Familiar with project management and collaboration tools:
   • JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
4. Basic understanding of IT systems and technology concepts, especially relevant for roles in ISP, Telco, or digital services.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (e.g., Product Analyst, System Analyst).
3. Strong understanding of business process analysis, product management, and requirements documentation.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product, tech, marketing, operations).
5. Self-driven with excellent communication skills and strong initiative.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent at presenting ideas and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
8. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with effective time management.
