Product Life Cycle Specialist in Indonesia - Your future position?

As a Product Life Cycle Specialist at Givaudan, a leader in the fragrance and flavor industry, you will manage the ingredients and product lifecycle to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and cost targets. You will collaborate with various departments in Commercial and Operations to ensure seamless transition from bench to batch commercialization. You will report directly to the Product Life Cycle Site Lead.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage ingredient and formula portfolios with a “First Time Right” approach, adhering to established principles.
2. Support Flavor Creation and Operations teams to enhance ingredient palette harmonization and ensure clear information about ingredient availability.
3. Ensure efficient and reproducible formula introductions, following global change control procedures, approval, and communication flows.
4. Coordinate the Ingredient Issue Management platform to prevent availability, quality, or compliance issues from disrupting business.
5. Ensure first-time right and adherence to global policies, including customer-specific requirements, collaborating with Commercial and Quality teams.
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance efficiency in product lifecycle management.
7. Support various projects as needed.
