A successful candidate should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. It is also required to be professional, confident and be able to understand which ideas will and which won’t work.
Responsibilities:
Build and implement product strategies (B2B SME) consistent with company vision
Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
Supervise and support product managers (3 subordinates) and coordinate cross-functional teams
Organize product releases properly and ensure compliance with schedule
Responsible to expand product base and vision
Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements:
5+ years' experience of working as Product Manager or other relevant position
Significant experience in product lifecycle management (specifically for B2B SME focus) and working in Agile environment
Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
Education:
Graduated from Reputable University (ITB, UI, ITS, UGM, BINUS, etc.), with preference for overseas universities
Preferred Background:
Preferred candidate from Traveloka, Tokopedia or other strong Unicorn. Candidates from companies with B2B SME focuses will also be considered (WarungPintar, Sirclo, Moka, etc.)
