Job summary

ActAI seeks a Product Lead for its AI Email App to bridge user needs, ML capabilities, and engineering limits. You will work with ML and backend teams to define how the system should behave, how we measure it, and how we continuously improve it.

This is a deeply technical, hands-on role requiring ownership of product quality, reliability, and user trust, with a bias toward shipping and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• Strong CS foundations and system design skills.
• Solid understanding of modern ML and production AI systems.
• Comfort reading technical designs and engaging with engineers.
• Strong intuition for model limitations, evaluation, and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities and system behavior.
• Translate capabilities and constraints into clear product decisions.
• Balance quality, latency, cost, reliability, and UX.
• Own product quality end-to-end and user trust.
