About the Role

We are SmartCyber, a member of Cybertrend, one of Indonesia's leading data science consulting firms.

At CYBERTREND, we believe every company can unlock its full potential. We are looking for a Product Innovation Excellence Head. This role requires a seasoned, hardworking, and smart Data Science & Management Consultant with a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will support our growing sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Your responsibilities include translating customer business challenges into solutions, articulating the unique value proposition of CYBERTREND, partnering with sales to build and execute demos, proofs of concept, and executive presentations, and creating, developing, and deploying CYBERTREND products.

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Motivated, visionary, and proactive in driving solution innovation
• A solid technical background with a passion for data management & governance, data science, and AI technology
• Strong analytical thinking, structured work approach, and quick comprehension of new topics
• Experience in consultative approaches, solving business challenges, and overcoming technical objections

The work you’ll do:

• Lead ideation, research, design, development, and launch of customer-centric products
• Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics
• Identify market opportunities and develop shared product vision and strategy
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to achieve product goals
