About the role:

The Product Implementor is a key role within Product Implementation, responsible for delivering implementation products to clients and ensuring the best customer experience for all ESB clients. As a Product Implementor, you will provide a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, acting as a bridge between our product and the customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist merchants with onboarding to the ESB Product, including data-related tasks.
2. Set up the ESB product in the merchant’s area (Jogja & Solo).
3. Conduct training sessions for the respective users.
4. Gather feedback on product usage for potential enhancements.
5. Handle complaints, issues, and questions related to products.
6. Complete all tasks assigned regarding product implementation.
7. Persuade/convince clients to use and upsell ESB Products.

Requirements:

• D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Information Technology/System, or a related field.
• Experience with OS (Windows/Linux), Networking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• Willing to work in a high-mobility and agile environment.
• Willing to travel and work in shifts.
• Willing to join a 3-month Trainee Program.
• Flexible working system: WFO/WFH/WFA based on situational needs.
