Job summary

A leading consumer goods company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Product Illustrator to develop packaging designs and branding materials. You will collaborate with various teams to create print-ready files and branding collateral. The ideal candidate has a degree in Graphic Design, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A portfolio submission is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years’ experience in packaging or print design.
• Strong understanding of print production standards.
• Experience in retail/FMCG design (food, personal care, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready files (dielines, bleed, CMYK).

Job description

Topikoki Group is looking for an experienced Product Illustrator with strong skills in product packaging and branding materials. You'll play a key role in developing packaging designs from concept to production across various consumer categories – food, health, and household. You will report directly to the VP of Business Development and work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and production teams.

* Prepare print-ready files (dielines, bleed, CMYK)

* Create branding materials: banners, booths, flyers, POS displays

* Develop supporting visual elements: icons, badges, illustrations

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate production output

* Min. D3/S1 in Graphic Design or Visual Communication

* Min. 2 years’ experience in packaging or print design

* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CorelDraw/InDesign a plus)

* Strong understanding of print production standards

* Detail-oriented, responsive, and adaptable design style

* Experience in retail/FMCG design (food, personal care, etc.)

* Comfortable working under deadlines with cross-functional teams

Portfolio submission is required (packaging & branding samples)
