We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5+ years of experience in data analytical customer-facing roles and product management, including managing high-performing teams.
• The ability to understand the broad product vision and dive into specific feature details.
• Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling products.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Motivated, visionary, and proactive in driving solution innovation.
• Experience in consultative approaches to solving business challenges and overcoming technical hurdles.
• Excellent technical business writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
• A solid background and passion for Data Science and AI Technology.

• Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Cybertrend’s Data Science Product Portfolio, including customer-facing and platform areas.
• Use data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and evaluate options.
• Present features and improvements regularly, owning the delivery of roadmaps and product success.
• Engage with customers to develop insights and uncover needs.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers at all levels to understand their needs.
