As a Product Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing features and pushing growth within the Gojek app through different experiments. Your mission: to identify high-impact opportunities, design experiments that challenge assumptions, and drive product decisions rooted in rigorous data. From defining hypotheses to synthesizing insights, you’ll be at the forefront of product optimization. Your role will refine core product experiences and influence cross-functional roadmaps - all while championing a culture that accelerates growth.

What You Will Do

  • Define problem statements related to features within the Gojek app
  • Establish hypotheses, design, and set up A/B test experiments
  • Analyze experiment results to generate actionable recommendations
  • Interpret and present experiment findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
  • Develop dashboards and create regular reports to track the performance of various product features
  • Manage and prioritize multiple experiments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and execution

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, growth, or analytics
  • BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and designing experiments
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Strong business acumen with a problem-solving and growth mindset
  • Ability to create structured problem-solving approaches using MECE frameworks and impact sizing
