Job summary

AstraZeneca Indonesia Marketing Company is seeking a Marketing Associate to assist with marketing plans, digital channels, and promotional materials for specific products or therapeutic areas. Under supervision of the Brand Manager, you’ll work with the sales force to provide needed materials and help execute cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Depending on experience, the position may be filled at Associate Product Executive or Product Executive level, with opportunities to contribute to

• Bachelor's degree in biosciences, medical, or pharmacy.
• Ability to manage medium sized projects.
• Ability to collaborate and influence teams.
• Very detail oriented with accurate documentation and approvals.
• Good English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities cost-effectively to support brand strategies.
• Plan and design promotional materials to support objectives.
• Support new product launch preparation.
• Join field work with field staff to understand market and identify opportunities.
• Monitor campaigns for sales promotions.
• Train, motivate and guide the field force to grow the brand.

What you’ll do

Under supervision of Brand Manager, assist with development of marketing plans, may include distribution channel solutions (digital, social media, inside sales), sales activities, and promotional materials for specific product or therapeutic area. Assists with budget development. Works closely with sales force to provide needed materials.

The job responsibilities includes:

• Execute marketing activities with cost effectiveness, supporting brand management strategies
• Planning and Design promotional material/ tools to support the sales/ marketing objectives
• Support new product launching preparation.
• Join field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.
• Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.
• Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.
• Assist/develop Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Operational Plan.

Essential for the role

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Biosciences, Medical, or Pharmacy.
• Ability to manage medium sized projects.
• Ability to collaborate and influence teams.
• Very detail oriented, can manage documentation and approval process accurately and in accordance with relevant regulation/ compliance policy.
• Good English, both in speaking/writing.
