Job summary

Mitra Integrasi Informatika, PT (MII) invites a proactive undergraduate student to join a 12-month internship in Jakarta, supporting product-related events, webinars, campaigns, and content creation. You will help manage invitations, calendars, and email/social media content while maintaining product and lead databases.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, familiarity with Google Meet and Teams, basic Canva design, and copywriting. Availability to start ASAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student in a related field seeking hands-on experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Familiar with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
• Able to use Canva for basic design tasks.
• Basic copywriting for emails and social media content.
• Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to join ASAP and commit to a 12-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Support product-related events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Manage event administration, RSVP tracking, and scheduling.
• Assist in preparing email invitations and social media content.
• Maintain product and lead databases using Excel or Google Sheets.
