Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Engineer in Batam to oversee cable assembly and wire harness production, ensuring quality and continuous improvement. You will design, prototype, test, and drive production from concept to mass manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and at least 3 years in manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with English

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer in a manufacturing company.
English fluency required; Mandarin is a plus.
Strong understanding of cable and wire harness design, production, and testing.
Proficient in using CAD software and manufacturing process analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop cable assembly and wire harness products to meet customer requirements.
Manage the production lifecycle, from prototyping to mass production.
Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure products meet all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Provide technical support and training to production staff.
