Product Development Specialist Staff - Learning & Training

We are actively seeking a creative and agile Product Development Specialist Staff to join our team in the business training sector. The successful candidate will spearhead the design of online synchronous and asynchronous courses learning products. This role requires a creative thinker with a can-do attitude and a great initiative. Background in product management and a keen understanding of the business training landscape will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Development:
2. Lead the conceptualization and design of online business training courses, ensuring alignment with market trends, client needs, and organizational goals.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
4. Develop a Go-To Marketing (GTM) plan to assist other departments in selling the product.
5. Gather data from customer input regarding the product to be turned into actionable evaluations.
6. Work closely with sales, marketing, and trainers teams to ensure seamless product launches and effective promotion of training courses.
7. Gather input from key stakeholders, ensuring language considerations are factored into product development.
8. Course Product Analysis: This includes market research, demand analysis and clarification, instructor interviews, course extraction, product model design, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in product management within the business training or education sector.
3. Fluent English speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, with specialization in online learning.
5. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
