Job description

Identify and evaluate potential partners in the payment ecosystem that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Build and manage long-term partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, platform enablers, and ecosystem players.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, IT, Compliance, Legal) to support technical integration and service readiness for partners.

Monitor partner performance and activity to ensure mutual growth and benefit.

Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory developments in digital payments, and assess how these affect partnership strategy.

Prepare partnership proposals, business cases, and regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

0-2 years experience in partnership or business development roles

Strong understanding of payment systems

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strategic mindset with problem-solving and commercial thinking.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, tech, and legal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with payment aggregators/payment gateway.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (such as Bank Indonesia) in payment systems.

Experience with partnership contracting and business modeling.
