Hanwha Life Indonesia, a rapidly growing Korean life insurance company in Indonesia, is now looking for a Product Development Manager.

Job Description:

1. Deliver product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring interdepartmental alignment.
2. Develop and ensure delivery of detailed product requirements and regulatory collaterals.
3. Define customer journeys tailored to segments and product solutions.
4. Manage medium to high complexity projects independently.
5. Support the Head of Product Strategy with reports and presentations.
6. Guide departments and teams through regular and ad-hoc meetings.
7. Develop product feasibility assessments and term sheets, and obtain necessary signoffs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Management.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing insurance products.
3. Have an AAAIJ or AAIJ certification or other related certifications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Familiarity with insurance products, business processes and product development cycles.
6. Knowledge in actuarial/mathematics is a plus.
7. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
8. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
