• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to assess business opportunities.
• Good understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and product governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mortgage business plans and product strategies based on market conditions, customer needs, and the Bank’s risk appetite.
• Lead the end-to-end development of mortgage products and programs, including product design, pricing, implementation, and monitoring.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to identify business opportunities and support portfolio growth.
• Develop product structures, pricing strategies, and programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and external partners, including developers.
• Develop and maintain financial models and business cases to evaluate product and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Legal, Credit Risk, and Compliance to ensure products and programs meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Regularly review and update SOPs and Product Programs (PP) to ensure alignment with business developments and requirements.
