Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Planner to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of lending products, pricing and campaigns. You will collaborate with development, sales, and marketing to turn ideas into customer value.

You will analyze performance, forecast demand, and report ROI for campaigns, while ensuring agile delivery and strong communication in English. Prior experience in financing or banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product planning, pricing and forecasting within finance or banking industries.
• Experience with lending products and business development mindset is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and report results with root-cause analysis and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Organized, managed, and communicate product ideas to Sales; ensure product setup and promo communication across channels.
• Monitor product setup and distribution of promotional communications externally and internally.
• Maintain product evaluation by identifying achievements and pain points of sales performance across all products.
• Drive process improvements and innovative design to exceed targets and deliver value.
• Identify gaps in the customer journey and collaborate with other divisions to convert gaps into commercial products.
• Ensure product acceptance through training materials, marketing communications and visual accuracy.

Inviting you join to the excitement to hold the role that will be managing product assignment from development, testing and implementation of new products, services and product features that will support our ability to attract and retain customers and support our sales competitiveness.

What you will do

• Organized, managed, and ensure product idea, request, and product communication to Sales team.
• Monitor and ensure product set up and all marcom channels distributing promo communication both external and internal.
• Maintain product evaluation by identifying both achievements and pain points of all sales performance from all products.
• Game Changer for processes, approaches, and design of responsible product to achieve and over-deliver on targets.
• Identify product gaps and pain points in customer journey and collaborate with other division to turn those gaps and pain points into commercial product.
• Ensure the acceptance of product through review of training materials, design of marketing communications and visuals and accuracy of product.

• At least 4 years working experience in product planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns within financing or banking industry.
• Preferably has product knowledge around Lending product and business development mindset.
• Ability to analyze and report/communicate results together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective actions,
• Experienced and exposed with planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns and analysis of effectiveness/ROI for campaigns,
• Good presentation and communication skill in English both written and verbal,
• A Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented,
• Comfortable to work in agile, dynamic, and high demand environment.
• Has exposure within Business Development and end-to-end Product Development activities within Lending or P2P environment would be a good advantage.
