Job description

Conducting surveys and market research based on consumer needs.

Developing products with concepts based on surveys and market research that have been conducted.

Creating prototypes of developed products.

Conducting product usage tests on consumers who are the target market and reporting the results.

Monitoring the concept of the developed product from formula development, prototype creation, testing, to market launch.

Minimum qualifications:

• S1 degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other Engineering majors.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Ability to analyze market trends, especially in personal care and cosmetics.
• Creative and innovative in product development.
• Good coordination and communication skills both intra- and inter-departmentally.
