Job summary

AXA Indonesia FI is seeking a Product Development Lead to drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate across marketing, sales, operations and regulatory teams, review specifications, monitor post-launch performance, and mentor the product development team. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are required; strong leadership, communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and development methodologies.
