We are looking for someone with:

  • University Degree in Business, Math, Finance, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Have working experience in life insurance industry especially in Product Devlopment min. 2 years
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, written and verbal.

Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

  • Involve in developing detailed Product documentations, including product specifications, regulatory/OJK filings (policy provisions, other product related documents), and project reports.
  • Able to lead discussions with the working team under minimum supervision. Ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date accordingly. Participate in product testing, including oversight of policy illustrations and illustration system.
  • Work closely and maintain good communication & collaboration with cross-functional teams, including distribution channels, legal, compliance, underwriting, actuarial to ensure cohesive product development process.
  • Work closely with Product Proposition, Marketing, Distribution Channel & Trainers on developing Marketing and Training Materials.
