Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of fragrance products from concept to post-launch evaluation, including budgeting and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with R&D, perfumers, packaging, legal, and finance teams for formulation, packaging prototypes, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with the marketing team, while monitoring campaign effectiveness and distribution channels.
- Prepare educational and training materials for the sales team.
- Monitor sales KPIs, market share, and consumer feedback; conduct gap analysis and provide improvement recommendations.
- Identify and develop opportunities for innovation, line extensions, or reformulations of existing products based on market trends.
- Lead cross-functional coordination (R&D, regulatory, supply chain, QA) to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Ensure compliance with BPOM, IFRA, REACH, and prepare for quality audits and certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in product management within fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG, with a proven track record of end-to-end product launches.
- Knowledge of fragrance raw materials, stability testing, packaging engineering, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills in market research, consumer insights, business case development, product roadmaps, and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with PLM, MS Project, JIRA; PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
