Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a skilled UI Designer to craft cohesive interfaces for the mobile app, website, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.

You will translate wireframes into polished designs, contribute to the design system, and collaborate with UX, product, and development teams to deliver intuitive user journeys. The role emphasizes typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy, with a growth mindset and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of UI design experience for apps and web.
• Strong portfolio in mobile apps and responsive web, B2C preferred.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles and information architecture.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Attention to typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Detail-oriented with strong visual and interaction design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design user interface elements for RedDoorz mobile app, website, and mobile web with consistency and usability in mind.
• Translate wireframes and UX flows into polished, high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure smooth user journeys and logical information architecture.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and smooth handover of designs.
• Contribute to and maintain RedDoorz design system and UI component library, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Support in conducting UI reviews and iterations based on user feedback, data insights, and testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
