Job description

VONA is seeking creative Product Designers. We are looking for individuals who can develop innovative product concepts, possess a deep understanding of materials, and are ready to contribute to creating high-quality bag and wallet collections.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct market research and trend analysis to track emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences.
2. Product Conceptualization: Develop product conceptualization to brainstorm and create innovative product concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
3. Technical Specifications: Determine technical specifications for each product.
4. Sketching and Digital Rendering: Create sketches and digital renderings using design software.
5. Material Selection, Prototyping, and Sampling: Select materials, manage prototyping, and oversee sampling processes.
6. Production Coordination: Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs can be effectively realized in the manufacturing process.

What We’re Looking For :

1. At least 1 - 3 years of experience as a Creative Designer/Fashion Designer, preferably in designing bags and wallets.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or other relevant fields.
3. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, etc.
4. Pattern Making and Product Construction: Understand pattern-making techniques and the construction of bags and wallets.
5. Material Knowledge: Possess knowledge of synthetic leather, fabrics, accessory hardware, and finishing techniques.
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
