About The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Review design implementation results to ensure design consistency in engineering deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance the company design system.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a team with an agile development environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Collaboration & Teamwork.
• Able to work independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or other related fields.
• 5-6 years of experience in Product Design.
• Expertise in Prototyping Tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience in palm oil-related companies is preferred.
