Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining and exploring features from concept, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both in Indonesia and at the headquarters, to ensure alignment with user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
• Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Design high-quality user flows to maximize user satisfaction with the product.
• Comprehend and implement the principles of Pixel Perfect Design.
• Understand front-end development and how design decisions impact implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create a variety of visual content related to graphic design.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging product and graphic design trends and technologies (design software) and apply them as appropriate.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product design or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and potentially prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to come up with innovative design solutions.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan).
