Job summary

Hangry is seeking a Product Designer Associate to join our product team in Jakarta. You will translate business needs into thoughtful design, take ownership of features from exploration to post-launch, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA.

You’ll design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, develop flows, wireframes and prototypes, and ensure accessibility and usability across our digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of Product Design experience with a portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Good understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, accessibility, user flows, and wireframing.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Product Designer Associate to join our Product team and help create simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for our users. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn business and product requirements into thoughtful design solutions. What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing relevant product design work.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Good understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, accessibility, user flows, and wireframing.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and open to feedback, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.p
