We are now entering a pivotal phase: expanding beyond bootcamps into a comprehensive learning ecosystem that bridges upskilling, product design, B2B partnerships & AI-forward offerings. As we scale, design, product experience, and branding must lead the way. This is a rare chance to shape the DNA of design at RevoU, embedding design into the foundation of how we build and grow.

We are looking for a Product Designer, who wants to operate as a true full-stack AI-first designer: someone who designs, prototypes, tests, and iterates end to end.

A Product designer with strong taste, high execution speed, and the ambition to become a world class builder. Someone who is excited to own entire experiences end to end and does not want to be boxed into a narrow UX or UI role.

You will work across our entire learning experience, supporting the design and prototyping of new product features, learning tools, workflows, and student experiences, while also collaborating closely with our marketing team to elevate the visual quality and consistency of our public facing touchpoints.

🎯More specifically you will:

Own the full design workflow: problem framing, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, polished UI, and high fidelity prototypes

Design with refined aesthetics and a high standard for visual quality

Build rapid prototypes using modern tools (Figma, Framer, Webflow, or similar)

Experiment aggressively with AI for design, research, prototyping, automation, and content generation

Partner closely with the CEO on zero to one features and new product concept

Work side by side with the marketing team to elevate RevoU’s public facing experiences, across landing pages, campaigns, and creative assets

Push for fast experimentation cycles, learn quickly, and raise the bar for what “good” looks like

Operate as a full stack designer covering IA, UX, UI, prototyping, and polish in one person

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Early career or fresh graduate with exceptional design taste and visual sensibility

Full stack design mentality: you don’t want to specialize early; you want to learn everything

Ability to design and prototype independently end to end

Obsession for AI tools and curiosity to push boundaries with them

Strong problem solving ability and comfort operating with incomplete requirements

High execution speed, willingness to work through ambiguity, and bias toward building

Someone who learns extremely fast and wants exposure to high level product decisions early in their career

(bonus) Experience with no code tools (Webflow, Bubble, Framer)

(bonus) Front-end coding familiarity (HTML/CSS/Tailwind/React)
