Product Content Operations (Mandarin Speaker) - E-commerce (A-115167)

Our client is a Multinational E-commerce company. Currently, they are looking for Product Content Operations (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

• Review merchant products to ensure they meet the platform's sales requirements, and ensure the completeness of the basic content (videos, images, text) and marketing content (marketing graphics, sales language) of the products.
• Combining platform characteristics with consumer hotspots, continuously updating content based on changes in the product lifecycle to enhance product marketability.
• Joint platform operation and distribution operation jointly output explosive product solutions and execute them.
• Build content teams and suppliers to provide efficient and high-quality content output services for paying merchants.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor's degree.
• High Conversational Mandarin proficiency (writing/reading/speaking), and Conversational English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of working in the e-commerce industry and 1 year of experience in Internet e-commerce commodity operation.
• Having excellent content skills and the ability to produce graphic, textual, and video content.
• Good communication skills, coordinating skills, and detail-oriented.
• Priority will be given to those with successful experience in e-commerce platforms and well-known products.
