Job summary

IlmuOne Data is seeking a Product Analyst Intern in Jakarta to translate user behavior into actionable dashboards and narratives. You will explore how layouts and interactions influence decisions, then craft self-serve visuals to inform product decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams, applying design thinking and basic data tooling to measure experiments and tell compelling stories that drive feature improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Interactive Design, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong product mindset with curiosity about app mechanics and user behavior.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willingness to learn data tools (Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau/Data Studio).
• Analytical mindset and interest in user flows and behavioral data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Nice-to-have: banking/fintech UI visuals familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Self-Serve BI: Design, layout, and maintain scalable, automated product dashboards prioritizing readability.
• User Journey Mapping & Behavioral Analysis: Analyze funnels, drops, and clicks to identify friction.
• Analytical Storytelling: Combine data tables with visuals to explain what happened and why.
• Experimentation & Deep Dives: Support A/B tests and cohort analyses with clear visualizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge Product, UX, and Data Engineering on metric tracking.
