Product Analyst

Coordinate with Product Development Section Head in preparing development strategy and product requirement document (PRD) as a requirement for product development.

Carry out product development and ensure product development aligns with timeline and development plan.

Responsible for conducting testing for every product development.

Monitor and evaluate products to ensure they run without any problems or issues.

Collaborate with Data Analysts to analyze customer feedback, market research, and data performance to gain insights for decision-making and solutions for product development.

Create reports to update management and other stakeholders on product development progress and results.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major, preferred Industrial Engineering or Business.

Minimum 1 year of experience in product analysis, product development, or business analysis.

Experience in apps/website products is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills, logical and critical thinking.

Able to think creatively and innovatively for product development.

Strong communication skills, able to drive complicated discussions and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders.

Result-oriented, fast learner, and possess a strong sense of ownership.

Willing to adapt to ambiguity and an agile environment.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with a preference for Excel and PowerPoint.
