Responsibilities

• Track incoming goods readiness and coordinate with Distribution to ensure timely order pickup and delivery.
• Monitor Finance processing to ensure on-time payment release with delivered items matching PO specifications and quantities.
• Manage end-to-end return processes for wrong, defective, or mismatched goods until replacements or credit notes are resolved.

Job Description

Track incoming goods readiness and coordinate seamlessly with the Distribution team to ensure timely order pickup and delivery.

Monitor Finance processing to ensure on-time payment release, while verifying that delivered items match the exact specifications and quantities of the purchase order.

Manage end-to-end return processes for wrong, defective, or mismatched goods until replacements or credit notes are resolved.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00.

Willing to be placed at Cakung, East Jakarta.
