Cinépolis Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Cinema Supervisor to oversee daily cinema operations in line with SOPs. You will manage frontline tasks, including ticket and F&B sales, ushering guests, and handling external event requests while coaching and developing crew.

You will also create optimal crew schedules, supervise projection and sound systems, and ensure excellent guest experiences. Bahasa Inggris proficiency and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality.
• Experience in hotel/cafe/restaurant industry preferable.
• Able to communicate in English.

Mansioni

• Run cinema operations in line with SOP.
• Perform frontline tasks: ticket sales, F&B, ushering.
• Supervise all crew and coach developing team.
• Handle external event requests.
• Create and monitor optimal crew schedules (shifts).
• Operate projector and sound system.
