The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Staff to join our dynamic Procurement team and take charge of the procurement process.

What You Will Do:

  • Search for and identify vendors that meet the company's needs, and build good relationships to ensure smooth and appropriate procurement processes
  • Manage the procurement flow of goods for multiple locations simultaneously
  • Monitor the distribution process in accordance with applicable SOPs and SLAs, both at the Head Office and each club
  • Prepare necessary procurement documents (PR, PO, Invoice), archive them properly, and report each procurement activity in an effective and organized manner
  • Support the negotiation process to ensure payment terms or prices are aligned with the budget, and carefully analyze prices from potential vendors
  • Submit payment requests for Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to each club in accordance with the SLA

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in procurement
  • Must have basic Excel skills (Excel formulation, PIVOT, etc)
  • Strong skills in administration, negotiation, and communication
  • Able to work in a team, communicative, honest, and detail-oriented
  • Experience using ERP system (Odoo, etc)
  • Experience in handling gym equipment is a plus
