Position: Procurement Staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields)

Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Knowledge of procurement processes, especially in a manufacturing setting

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a strong advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Kab. Tangerang

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of materials, spare parts, and services to support production activities

Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring timely deliveries

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Conduct supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
