About the role

China Gezhouba Group Corporation is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement staff to join our growing team in Bandung, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of goods and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as cost, quality, delivery times, and reliability.
2. Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing.
3. Manage the purchase order process, including tracking deliveries and ensuring timely payments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the company's procurement needs and priorities.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities.
6. Continuously seek opportunities to optimise the procurement process and drive cost savings.

What we're looking for

1. Excellent English skills, with a background in technical fields, especially in Electrical.
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
4. Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
5. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
