Responsibilities

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices, quality and delivery terms for goods and services required by the business


• Preparing and issuing purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documentation


• Monitoring and tracking the status of procurement activities to ensure timely delivery


• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all procurement transactions


• Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures


• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements


• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to procurement
