Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement System Integration Specialist to support and optimize the implementation and integration of Coupa with various enterprise system. This role requires expertise in system integration, procurement processes, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

Job & Responsibilities :

  • To support the establishment of procurement standards and best practices and ensure procurement processes and practices comply with company-relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Optimize the procurement process through procurement Digitalization to obtain efficiency, improve compliance and enhance data management.
  • To monitor procurement performance and prepare regular reports to track procurement performance by developing and maintaining procurement dashboards, performance scorecards, and other reporting mechanisms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Procurement and IT that translate procurement requirements into technical specifications for IT development, system enhancements that align with business objectives.
  • First helpdesk support for troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and train stakeholders on Coupa functionalities to maximize adoption and compliance.
  • Stay updated on emerging procurement technologies (e.g., blockchain, IoT) and Coupa updates to recommend process enhancements.

Requirements :

  • Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Have a proven experience and knowledge in procurement system and process, project management, and compliance, especially in COUPA system implementation and integration with minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung.
