Leveraging extensive industry resources and a global network, we are committed to delivering stable and efficient supply chain solutions. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Indonesia team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, evaluate, and manage a supplier network for palm oil and related derivatives, building and maintaining solid partnerships.

Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including inquiry, negotiation, contract finalization, and follow-up on order execution and logistics.

Conduct market analysis, monitor palm oil market conditions, price trends, and supply chain risks to support strategic procurement decisions.

Achieve cost-saving targets through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing while ensuring product quality and supply stability.

Work closely with internal sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient procurement process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Agricultural Economics, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must, capable of using it as a primary working language. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement or trading experience within a large-scale palm oil company. Deep understanding of the palm oil industry chain and its market dynamics.
  • Familiar with international trade practices (Incoterms, LC/UCP600, etc.), with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
