Job summary

Un développeur immobilier de premier plan à Jakarta recherche un Spécialiste des Achats pour gérer les appels d'offres et les achats selon les SOP. Ce poste nécessite un baccalauréat en ingénierie civile ou en architecture, et au moins 5 ans d'expérience. Le candidat idéal saura travailler sous pression et aura de grandes compétences en coordination d'équipe. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique, axée sur des projets de qualité et écologiques, dans un environnement en forte croissance.

Qualifications

• Bac en génie civil, architecture, ou en évaluation des coûts.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Capacité à voyager vers toutes les succursales de l'entreprise.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les achats par appels d'offres selon les SOP.
• Conduire le processus de clarification des appels d'offres.
• Soumettre les résultats des appels d'offres à la direction.

Job description

Make sole source purchases by ensuring optimum prices.

Make purchases by tender according to SOP.

Ensure the Tender Committee studies the RFQ/RFP.

Lead the tender clarification process and prepare the MOM.

Coordinate the tender committee to open bids and create bid resumes.

Create and execute a scoring matrix.

Submit management approval of tender results to the tender committee.

Print & distribute POs and/or SPKs and ensure cooperation agreements are in place with vendors that accommodate the MOM during the tender process.

Obtain vendor performance appraisals and ensure the updating of the approved vendor list data.

Develop and implement PRC SOPs and other related SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position (General Affair/Procurement) in the Property business.
• Ability to travel to all company branches.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Placement Location: South Jakarta.
