Procurement Senior Staff is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement and sourcing activities related to the company's supply chain. For this role, they should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers. Ultimately, they’ll create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality sourcing and procure on time.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and establish relationships with vendors who can provide the necessary products and services.

Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including Operation, Technology, People Experience and Marketing to support their sourcing Agenda.

Identify, evaluate and recommend other purchasing opportunities across business to effectively help increase the spend base.

Manage Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, including approving Requisitions and ensuring compliance to Procurement Policy

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.

Identify High risk Suppliers, develop and qualify a business continuity plan to ensure supply security.

Ensure that all procurement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Ensure that purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications required by the organization

Perform and evaluate stock take process for all procured goods on a monthly basis in conjunction with the General Affairs and Finance Department.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance).

Proven work experience as a Procurement Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)

Hands-on experience with procurement software

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

Have a strong negotiation skills

Willing to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta (Full WFO)
