Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of company goals
- Oversee compliance and risk management in procurement, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts for optimal cost efficiency and quality
- Monitor supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Implement digital transformation and automation in procurement processes
- Lead contract management and supplier performance evaluations
- Develop and oversee Finance SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure operational consistency
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SOPs and WIs across procurement and finance functions
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, and compliance
- Fluent in English is a must
- Willing to be based in Bandung
- Proven track record in leading procurement teams and managing suppliers
- Strong negotiation, risk management, and cost-saving strategy development skills
- Experience in implementing procurement technology and process automation
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial SOPs
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Familiar with procurement tools
